Tara S. Coulter has been capturing images for over 15 years. She received her formal training in photography at San Jose State University where she received a Bachelor in Fine Arts.
“My images capture the qualities of light interacting with the natural world. Many of my photographs were taken during the hours of “golden light”. They all present the observer with a window into the subject.
